I work in AI product management, AI transformation, and AI strategy. Most of that has been building AI products at scale in the enterprise, and doing the slower work of getting large organizations to actually change how they operate around them. I’m interested in how AI changes the way people work, i.e., what it means for individual roles, how teams operate, and how companies are organized. I don’t pretend to have all the answers; a lot of what interests me is working through the questions as the technology evolves. My background spans strategy and innovation, enterprise delivery, and translating complex work into something people can actually understand and use. That last part has become increasingly important as AI moves from experimentation into everyday work.

I’ve spent my career building AI products inside large organizations, shaping strategy and innovation, and helping teams understand what the technology actually means for their work. This site is a working notebook for ideas, projects, and things I’m reading along the way.
